Already a subject through birth, according to letter from Quinlan, 6 August 1915. Father was naturalised (Mah Hing). Interesting response, because her application (p.5) states that she is ‘married residing in Blackall with my husband’ and has 3 kids. No enquiry from DEA about who her husband was.
